Tawakoni, August 7, 2008 I did find some active fish off of the Wolf Cove Hump drop off. I had Bob, his son Alex and 3 of Alex's friends. The tough part was they were just a little young to set the hook hard on these fish. We had on 9 fish on but only managed to get 2 in the net and in the box. We also probably missed another dozen or so fish. I tried a lot of spots but I couldn't even get the Sand Bass to go. I have offered to take Bob and the gang out again for free and this next time I think I'll use live bait. I think the live bait would work better for the kids by letting the fish set the hook themselves. Anyway I was the windshield! E-mail me if I can be of any use or help to you in anyway. |
