I had such a great trip today! My oldest son took off from work and Honey Do's today to go fishing with his dad. Life has been way to busy and it had been over 2 years since the last time he got to fish with me. So he shows up bright and early we get breakfast and hook up hte boat and head out.

We got to the Murrel Park area and put some nice fish in the box right off and catch and release a lot oflookie here - Schooloing SaNDIES came along as well and we all had fun for awhile. The school moved off and wewent looking. No fish at Meadowmere and nothing much at the Rock Crusher humps eihter, So we deicde to head back up the lake and LOOKIE THERE - SCHOOLING SANDIES proceed to cathc fish after fish and lots of double on the Jig um Jigs Tag-A-Longs, including several times we had 6 fish on at a time. The slab didn't seem to matter but we had Lead Babies and TNT's. Fun Fun Fun!

That cooled and we headed in, on the way in my motor gave out and we had to troll in. But I wouldn't take anything for some quality time with my son! Stan at DFW Boating Center is already hard at work to get me back up and running and in the meantime a generous friend has offered to let me borrow their boat. I am truly blessed!

E-mail me if I can be of any use or help to you in anyway.
