F I S H I N G R E P O R T S:
Cedar Creek, June 6-7, 2008
Cedar Creek is still smoking hot! I took Cliff Shelton and his wife out for a ? day trip today. Cliff is friends with Joe and Ben from the previous weekend. I started us off looking for schooling fish and didn’t find much of anything going on so we headed on up the lake form the dam. I found some good fish in the same areas as before and we again caught over 100 fish and kept their limit of 50 nice White Bass. The fish are still deeper than usual for this time of year but once you find them they are really cooperative. The fish have been striking the bait almost exclusively on the fall. This means you need to be watching your line and paying attention to when the lure is normally hitting the bottom.
All fish on Lead Babies with a few on Swim Babies early. Fishing should only get better over the next few days.
See you on the water soon!
E-mail me if I can be of any use or help to you in anyway.
