Well this day started off easy enough with bait being no problem to catch. The fish were scattered in deep eater down near the dam and quite a few good fish were caught just not in my boat. Oh well, sometimes and I mean sometimes it is fun watching fish being caught. I eventually gave up there and tried a few more spots for Stripers and then went after some White Bass. These were much more cooperative and fell for of course the old Hellbender/Pet Spoon combination. The fish were not as big as earlier in the year, but a limit was easy to find. The fish were stacked up along Finger Point and back up the Duck Cove area of the lake. It was a beautiful day with lots of good company. The Stripers better look out though I will be back!
