A.M. Trip:

The fish are pretty much on all the well known areas as well as on the wind blown  points either on the first or second break-line.  I found lots of fish at 15 feet as well as 22  to 25 feet deep and some fish on the edges of humps as deep as 32 feet.  The water is clear and in the low to mid 80's. We caught all of our fish  on Lead Babies Slabs in the Li'l Shad 1.5 ounce model in just about any  color pattern as well as the Ghost Minnow model. It is still a weird  bite most of the time and you really have to be paying attention. The  fish are bumping the lure and just sitting there with it in their mouth.  Other time they are very aggressive and the bite is easy to detect.  Hopefully this pattern will continue for awhile and then it will be  either trolling.

P.M. Trip:
This afternoon fishing was a little slower but we still managed to get a two person limit in under 4 hours. There are lots and lots of fish on the North end of the lake right now in the afternoons. These fish are readily hitting just about whatever you want to put in front of them and when you find them they are thick! The fish themselves are healthy and very hard fighting.

E-mail me if I can be of any use or help to you in anyway.
