F I S H I N G R E P O R T S:
January 22, 2014
The first fishing trip of 2014 was probably one of my best ever for January.
I took Steve and Lindell out on Lake Lewisville thinking we would put a few fish in the box. I pulled up on a spot in 50 feet of water and we immediately caught two fat keeper size White Bass amd that set the tone for the next 3 hours. Steve and Lindell caught fish after fish. There were a few small fish but for the most part everu fish was a nice size. The fish were in 50 to 53 feet of water suspended between 38 and 45 feet down. Water temp started at 43 and warmed to 47 by the time we quit. All fish were caught on RSR Lures slabs spoons. Ended the morning with there 50 fish limit, can anyone say fish fry?!
Watch the weather for a pretty day and give us a call for your next fishing adventure!
