WHITE BASS FILET GUMBO
Using any prepared Mix
1 Box of Gumbo Mix(Zatarains or Tony Cacheret)
7-10 White Bass Filets (caught with Luck O' The Irish)
1 can of Rotel Tomatoes, spicy or mild depending on your preference
1 bag of frozen breaded okra
Trim red meat from filets and cut them into bite size pieces and place them in refrigerator. Follow the directions on the box and add the Rotel Tomatoes before the mix begins to boil. Add the okra after about 5 minutes and then the filets after about 5 more minutes. Serve with fresh bread and or freshly sliced onions. Feeds approximately 5 people.
